Job Summary Job Summary Clayton Valley Charter High School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Swimming & Diving Coach to support our student-athletes during the summer season. This is an excellent opportunity to help athletes develop their skills, build team culture, and prepare for a successful upcoming season.
Responsibilities include:
  • Planning and leading summer practices and conditioning sessions
  • Supporting athlete development in swimming and/or diving
  • Promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive team environment
  • Communicating effectively with athletes and families Previous coaching and/or competitive swimming or diving experience is preferred.
Requirements / Qualifications
MATERIALS
  • Current (through the end of the season) First-Aid/CPR/AED Certification
  • Completion of the following NFHS courses:
  • Fundamentals of Coaching
  • Sudden Cardiac Arrest
  • Concussions in Sports
  • Knowledge of the sport to be coached and the ability to work with high school students
  • Previous high school coaching experience (Preferred)
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED
CPR/First Aid Certification Letter of Introduction Resume Requirements / Qualifications
