Unlike an Assistant Coach, incumbents are responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for parent communications and concerns related to their team. Unlike a Varsity Head Coach, incumbents do not oversee the entire program, supervise other coaching staff, or resolve escalated parent complaints involving program-wide or multi-team issues.
