After-School Sports Coach (Soccer)
Location:
Programs across Daly City, Pacifica, South San Francisco, San Bruno, Millbrae & surrounding communities
Compensation:
$20.00-$25.00 per coaching hour (Compensation is based on coaching experience, qualifications, certifications, interview performance and overall suitability for the program assignment.)

Youth Soccer & Enrichment Programs Program Ages:
Students in Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade (TK-8) Program Schedule After‑school programming typically runs Monday-Friday | 3:00 PM-5:30 PM Additional evening coaching opportunities may be available Monday-Friday | approximately 5:30 PM-7:30 PM Optional Saturday morning programs may also be available (2-4 hours). Schedule Tracks Track 1: Weekday Afternoons (3:00 PM-5:30 PM) Track 2: Weekday Evenings (approximately 5:30 PM-7:30 PM) Track 3: Combined Afternoon & Evening Assignments Track 4: Saturday Morning Programs (2-4 hours) Coaches select their preferred track during onboarding, based on their availability. Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Application Question(s): What interests you about working with students in TK-8th grade, and what do you enjoy most about helping children learn, grow and build confidence? Describe a situation where you had to communicate professionally with parents, teachers, customers, coworkers, or another group of people. Please describe your experience with soccer or other sports, including any playing, coaching, mentoring or leadership experience. How would you create an engaging and positive experience for a group of 20 energetic students during an after-school soccer or enrichment session Independent coaches are responsible for delivering a positive, professional experience for students, families and school partners. Please describe how you demonstrate reliability, punctuality and professionalism when accepting commitments. Do you have reliable transportation to travel to assigned program locations across Daly City, Pacifica, South San Francisco, San Bruno, Millbrae and Belmont? Are you able to complete required onboarding/orientation and background screening before programs begin on September 8, 2026? Are you interested in accepting ongoing coaching assignments throughout the 2026-2027 school year (September 2026-Spring 2027)? (Yes/No) Please describe any experience you have working with children or youth programs (schools, camps, coaching, childcare, mentoring, teaching, or similar environments).
