Giants Baseball & Softball Camps is seeking an Experienced Baseball Coach in Danville, CA to lead our Advanced Camp program (ages 10-14) . This position is intended for coaches with a strong background in player development who can confidently run drills, teach game concepts, and maintain structure with older campers. Role Overview You will be responsible for delivering high-level baseball instruction while ensuring a professional and organized camp environment. This group requires coaches who can balance instruction, accountability, and engagement. Responsibilities Teach advanced fundamentals and positional development Run structured practice segments and gameplay scenarios Maintain discipline and engagement among campers Provide consistent, constructive feedback Support overall camp operations Qualifications Prior experience coaching at the high school or travel level preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to manage groups of 10-14 year olds effectively Schedule Danville session: June 8-12 Compensation $25/hour
