As a Coach, you will design and lead age-appropriate practices and drills, offer guidance and mentorship, and assist with team administration. If you have a competitive cheerleading/gymnastics background and want to make a real difference in the lives of children, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Follow age-appropriate workouts focusing on technique, endurance, skill development, and drills. Lead structured practices Provide positive feedback, guidance, and encouragement Individualize practices to suit each child's abilities Communicate with parents/guardians Follow all health and safety guidelines Assist with all administrative matters relating to the team Qualifications Previous experience coaching children/students is preferred Comfortable with speaking to and educating parents Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics is preferred but not required First aid and CPR certified Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
