If you pitched in college or professionally and love helping young athletes develop, this is a chance to build your own lesson business with the support of an established South Bay academy, without having to find a facility, handle scheduling, or buy your own equipment. About Us Beach City Baseball Academy is a year round training facility and home of the Beach City Prospects. We offer private lessons, clinics, camps, memberships, and competitive travel teams for players of all ages. What You'll Do Give private and small group pitching lessons to players ages 8 to 18 Run pitching evaluations and clinics for new families Teach proper mechanics, arm care, and throwing programs to keep young arms healthy Communicate progress and goals with players and parents What We're Looking For College or professional baseball pitching experience Previous coaching or lesson experience with youth athletes Strong understanding of pitching mechanics and arm health Strong communication skills with players and parents Reliable availability on weekday afternoons and evenings Must pass a background check Bonus Points Experience with Trackman, Rapsodo, or video analysis Pitch design or velocity development experience Arm care or strength and conditioning background, (CSCS) What You Get Flexible part time schedule The opportunity to build your own client base within an established program Schedule Weekday afternoons and evenings, with weekend options available Pay Commission Based Location 430 E.
