Job Description

Youth Baseball Coach Beach City Baseball Academy is looking for positive, reliable coaches who are passionate about helping young athletes improve their skills and confidence. Our coaches create a fun, challenging environment where players are held accountable, supported, and encouraged to develop a lifelong love of baseball. Responsibilities Lead private lessons, clinics, camps, and team practices Coach games as a Head Coach or Assistant Coach Teach baseball fundamentals, game awareness, and proper mechanics Create a positive, energetic learning environment Promote sportsmanship, accountability, and teamwork Communicate professionally with players, parents, and staff Maintain a safe and organized training environment Qualifications College Baseball playing and/or coaching experience Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work well with players ages 6-14 Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Passion for teaching and player development About Beach City Baseball Academy For over 16 years, Beach City Baseball Academy has been a home away from home for South Bay baseball families. We believe in long-term player development, meaningful relationships, and creating an environment where athletes are challenged to improve while having fun. We're looking for coaches who want to make a lasting impact on young players, grow alongside them, and be part of a strong baseball community long term.
Pay:
$25.00 - $35.00 per hour
