621st Contingency Response Wing (CRW) Position Overview RieLes Group is seeking two experienced Functional Strength Coaches to provide Holistic Health and Fitness (HHF) support to Airmen assigned to the 621st Contingency Response Wing The Functional Strength Coach will develop and deliver mission-specific strength and conditioning programs designed to improve physical readiness, performance, durability, mobility, and injury prevention for Airmen operating in demanding and rapidly changing environments
Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver functional strength and conditioning programs. Conduct Human Performance evaluations and provide individualized training recommendations Design programs tailored to the operational requirements of different Air Force Specialty Codes (AFSCs) Prepare Airmen for heavy load carriage, equipment movement, aircraft handling, security operations, and other demanding mission activities Develop strength, endurance, mobility, and durability programs Conduct mission-specific PT and performance training sessions Provide specialized training such as running clinics and weightlifting/form instruction Work with UFPMs to coordinate training around squadron PT schedules Provide portable, field-ready performance guidance for Airmen preparing for deployments Maintain records of assessments, training sessions, and performance outcomes Prepare individualized monthly performance reports Adapt training programs to changing operational requirements Work effectively in field environments, including inclement weather and hours of darkness
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a practicing strength coach Bachelor's or Master's degree in Kinesiology or Exercise Science from an accredited college or university Current Tactical Strength & Conditioning Facilitator (TSAC-F) certification Current Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
Additional Requirements:
U.S. citizenship required SECRET or provisional SECRET security clearance required prior to starting work Must maintain required security clearance throughout the contract Must obtain a Government-issued Common Access Card (CAC), as applicable Must complete required security and Antiterrorism Level I training Must maintain all required certifications throughout the contract Must pass required drug screening Strong written and verbal English communication skills required Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required
Schedule:
Services are primarily performed during the military working day, generally 8 hours per day. Periodic nonstandard hours may be required based on mission needs.
