WE ARE HIRING TENNIS DIRECTORS/COACHES
Passionate leaders looking to develop today's young athletes! Experience working with children of various ages and abilities! A desire to make a difference and have a blast while doing it!About Skyhawks Sports:
- Skill-based classes and camps for Tennis for ages 5 to 14
- Teaching life skills through sports
What We Offer:
- Positive Coaching Alliance training
- Curriculum planner for each sport with skills, drills, and games.
- Flexible schedules
- Mon to Fri 3pm to 6:30pm. AND/OR
- Saturdays
- 9am-12pm (Very important)

Job Summary:
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for students to participate in sports activities.
- Educate students on the rules, techniques, and strategies of various sports.
- Provide guidance and support to participants to help them improve their skills and reach their full potential.
Knowledge and Skills:
Leadership:
Strong leadership skills to guide, inspire, and mentor young athletes.Effective Communication:
Clear and age-appropriate communication to convey instructions, and feedback and demonstrate skills to students of different ages and skill levels.Adaptability:
Flexibility to adapt/modify coaching methods based on the age, skill level, and individual needs of the children.Positive Reinforcement:
Skill in using positive reinforcement to encourage good behavior, effort, and skill development.Patience:
Ability to remain calm and patient, understanding that children may progress atSafety Awareness:
