A Little About Us… Mission Hills Racquet and Swim Club is a growing health and fitness club with a strong passion to provide an unforgettable and exclusive experience for families and elite athletes. We are creating an elite community through innovation and by providing a beautiful and unique wellness experience. We are looking for a Swim Instructor to share this passion and develop a strong swimming community. The position offers competitive hourly rates for classes and high-end range on 1-on-1 sessions plus commission pay for sales and more. Successful candidates will be proactive and self-sufficient, able to sell themselves, and proactively fill their own schedules with 1-on-1 sessions around their designated group classes. Mission Hills lives on 12.8 acres of dense redwood trees, operates a gym, a swimming pool, and 13 outdoor tennis courts. The swim instructor position will involve a variety of tasks such as membership, class and private lesson sales, schedule management, class creation, and pool maintenance. Other duties will be determined by management. Above all, our ideal candidate will be well-mannered, enthusiastic, friendly, professional, organized, punctual, and possess excellent communication skills. One of our objectives is to provide amazing customer service, and we are looking for the best person to manage and handle a variety of different customer service situations. Teach semiprivate swim lessons Teach group swim lessons Check members into the swim area Act as a first responder and jump in the water to keep guests safe Keep the pool and deck clean and looking great

Primary Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety of their students, coworkers, and themselves Provide the highest quality swim lessons to all students Properly record student attendance on a daily basis Communicate with management regarding concerns and/or feedback Complete weekly continual training assignments Read and respond to company messages Execute company growth tactics through in person customer interactions

Pay Rate:

$20-$25

Deep Water Lifeguard Certification What You Will Need:

Must be 16 years or older Excellent verbal communication skills Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
