All candidates must be over the age of 17 and possess strong communication skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids. We are a customer service oriented company so those who have had experience "wowing" customers have a leg up on the competition. Our Sports Instructors must have a warm and friendly personality in order to get the children engaged in the sport and exercises. Drill Sergeants need not apply! This is a part-time position that requires weekend work. All applicants are subject to a National Criminal Background check. Extensive knowledge of and experience in lacrosse required Available to work Saturday and/or Sunday Excellent organization skills and the ability to multi-task Ability to efficiently solve problems Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently Superior customer service skills Strong organization and presentation skills Positive attitude Strong analysis/problem-solving abilities Bilingual Spanish a plus Ability to work weekends for the entire season 1+ years prior work experience First aid and CPR certified (this can be completed after hiring) Benefits/Perks A team-based atmosphere with a focus on Fun!
