West Grove Fitness is a hybrid training facility blending CrossFit, bodybuilding, and functional fitness , and we're looking to add a coach to lead afternoon sessions 2-4 days per week. If you take pride in coaching, care about helping athletes move and perform better, and enjoy being part of a strong, driven community — this is for you. This isn't about just running a class — it's about coaching with purpose, presence, and precision. We value active coaching, movement correction, and building real relationships with our members. What We're Looking For Energetic, professional coaching presence Strong understanding of functional training, strength work, and conditioning Ability to coach a wide range of athletes — from beginners to experienced lifters Comfortable coaching barbell lifts, accessory/bodybuilding work, and conditioning pieces Reliable and available for morning classes A coach who genuinely takes pride in their craft Audition Process Applicants will be asked to demonstrate and coach foundational movements, including: Barbell lifts (squat, deadlift, Olympic variations) Basic gymnastics/bodyweight movements Accessory and hypertrophy-based exercises General class flow, communication, and presence How to
