04/23/2026 High School Boys Assistant Basketball Coach - Glendale School District Glendale School District is seeking High School Boys Assistant Basketball Coach applicants with the following qualifications: ' Must be able to assist in planning, organizing, and executing practices. ' Guide and motivate student athletes. ' Monitor the safety of all participants and follow safety protocols. ' Develop player fundamentals. ' Supervise student athletes to, at, and from events. ' Communicate with school personnel, student athletes, and parents. ' Increase athletic participation in the program. ' Maintain equipment and inventory. ' Coordinate with the athletic director and others for facility usage. ' Knowledge of the sport

Requirements:

' Must have or be able to obtain a coaching certificate and First Aid/CPR card. Position is contingent on the State's guidance providing approval to start the sport program and may be prorated if the program is delayed.

Start Date:

Beginning of the 2026-27 basketball season

Salary Range:

One time stipend of •$2484 (This is based off of the 2025-26 salary schedule. The 2026-27 schedule has not yet been negotiated.) Background Check Conducted
