Join the Vertica Fitness Hayward coaching team! We're looking for an energetic, dependable fitness or movement professional to teach strength, conditioning, mobility, and flexibility classes in our inclusive pole fitness studio. Pole experience is NOT required for this position. We're especially interested in candidates with backgrounds in: Group fitness or personal training Strength & conditioning Pilates, barre, mobility or flexibility Athletic coaching Dance fitness or similar movement disciplines
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Has an existing fitness, coaching, or strong movement foundation Understands proper form and body mechanics Can demonstrate movement accurately and provide modifications Is confident motivating and leading groups Learns and retains movement/programming quickly Is reliable, positive, and encouraging Is comfortable following established Vertica curriculum Our training teaches you how to coach the Vertica way—it is not designed to teach foundational fitness or movement skills from scratch. Availability We're especially looking for consistent weekday availability , with opportunities for additional evening and weekend classes. Please include your regular availability when applying. Preferred:

Pay:
From $27.00 per hour
