We specialize in small group personal training, one-on-one personal training, group fitness, and stretch/recovery classes. Our small group personal training program allows clients to receive individualized coaching, support, and accountability while still experiencing the energy and connection of a group. Our one-on-one personal training offers a more personalized approach for clients who need additional guidance, specific programming, or focused attention. In addition to personal training, MOHB offers group fitness classes designed to help clients improve strength, cardiovascular fitness, endurance, mobility, and overall health. Our stretch and recovery classes support flexibility, mobility, stress reduction, and long-term movement quality. At MOHB, we believe people should train for life, not just looks. Overview We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Personal Trainer/Strength Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics, with a passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals through customized program design. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant health club environment, delivering both individual and group training sessions that inspire and motivate. Responsibilities Design and implement personalized training programs tailored to clients' fitness levels, goals, and health conditions. Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions focusing on strength development, conditioning, and mobility. Assess clients' physical capabilities using knowledge of physiology and anatomy to ensure safe and effective workouts. Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies. Promote the studio's services through fitness sales efforts, engaging potential clients and maintaining strong client relationships. Stay current with industry trends in fitness, physiology, and program design to continually improve training offerings. Qualifications Proven experience in personal training or strength coaching within a gym or health club setting. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics essential for safe program development. Demonstrated ability to design effective fitness programs for diverse populations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate clients and foster a positive environment. Familiarity with group fitness instruction and personal training sales strategies. Certification from a recognized fitness organization (e.g., NASM, ACE) is preferred but not mandatory if comparable experience is demonstrated.
