In this dynamic role, you will lead engaging coaching sessions, foster teamwork, and promote a positive environment for children and youth to learn, grow, and excel in various sports disciplines. Your passion for sports, coaching combined with excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety, will help create memorable experiences that encourage lifelong fitness and teamwork. Duties Plan and deliver coaching sessions across multiple sports including soccer, basketball, netball, uni-hoc, dodgeball, mini tennis and more. Foster a fun, inclusive environment that promotes teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal development. Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and teachers regarding program details, progress updates, and behavioral management strategies. Lead team activities that develop skills such as coordination, agility, strength, and endurance through sport-specific training instruction. Monitor participant behavior to maintain a positive atmosphere; implement behavior management techniques as needed. Maintain equipment and facilities in excellent condition; conduct safety inspections regularly. Qualifications A comleted degree programme at a UK university is essential for visa purposes. Proven experience working with children in sports or physical education settings. Strong background in multiple sports coaching. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage children and communicate effectively with parents or guardians. Demonstrated team leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage groups of young athletes. Knowledge of behavior management techniques suitable for working with students of various ages.
