Baseball Instructor / Softball Instructor / Baseball Coach

The Vault Performance is seeking experienced, professional, and energetic Baseball Instructors, Softball Instructors, and Baseball Coaches to join our team in La Puente as independent contractors. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about athlete development and committed to providing high-level instruction and mentorship to players of all ages and skill levels, from youth to advanced athletes. This is an excellent opportunity for coaches and instructors who want to grow within an established business that offers a professional training environment, a strong reputation, quality leads, and a full online booking system. Responsibilities Provide private instruction in hitting, pitching, catching, and fielding Work with athletes ranging from youth to advanced levels Lead or assist with team practices Support camps, clinics, assessments, and player development sessions Mentor athletes in skill development, confidence, discipline, and work ethic Maintain a professional, positive, and organized training environment Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff Build and grow your client base while also utilizing leads provided by The Vault Performance Manage lesson availability through our online booking system Qualifications Baseball or softball playing and/or coaching experience required College playing experience, professional playing experience, or relevant certifications preferred Strong knowledge of baseball and softball fundamentals Experience teaching hitting, pitching, catching, and fielding Reliable, punctual, professional, and energetic Strong communication and leadership skills Great with kids and able to work with athletes of varying ages and skill levels Positive attitude and growth mindset Compensation Independent contractor position Percentage split compensation structure Schedule Flexible schedule Weekday availability Evening availability Weekend availability Part-time and full-time opportunities available What We Offer Established business with a strong reputation Professional and competitive training environment Quality leads Full online booking system Opportunity to grow your client base Supportive, athlete-focused culture To apply, email nicole@thevault-performance.com
