In this energetic role, you will inspire and guide students of all ages and skill levels to develop their martial arts techniques, improve physical fitness, and build confidence. As a dedicated coach, you will lead engaging classes, foster a positive training environment, and promote safety and discipline. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to share your passion for martial arts while helping others achieve their personal fitness goals. Responsibilities Lead structured Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and MMA classes tailored to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners Demonstrate proper techniques, stances, strikes, and defensive moves with clarity and enthusiasm Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills and confidence Ensure all training sessions are conducted safely by enforcing rules and maintaining a disciplined environment Adapt coaching methods to accommodate children, teens, or adult learners, fostering a supportive atmosphere for all participants Maintain equipment safety checks and ensure the cleanliness of training areas Communicate effectively with clients regarding class schedules, progress updates, and safety protocols Skills Proven experience in martial arts disciplines such as Muay Thai, Kickboxing, or MMA with coaching or instructing background Strong knowledge of sports-specific training techniques and physical conditioning methods Experience working with children or youth in sports or physical education settings Excellent communication skills to motivate students and clearly demonstrate techniques Ability to manage behavior and maintain a positive learning environment for diverse age groups First aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) to ensure safety during training sessions Familiarity with health club operations, gym equipment, AED operation, and sports team leadership is a plus Passion for teaching physical fitness combined with excellent interpersonal skills to engage clients effectively This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive on motivating others through martial arts training.
