We believe every student deserves real coaching—not just a workout. We're looking for a passionate Boxing Coach who can build strong fundamentals, inspire students, and create an engaging class experience for beginners through advanced practitioners. Responsibilities Lead boxing classes for beginners and all skill levels. Teach proper fundamentals, technique, footwork, defense, combinations, and conditioning. Create structured, progressive lesson plans with your own coaching style and personality. Maintain a safe, energetic, and professional training environment. Give individual coaching and corrections throughout class so every student receives attention. Help students build confidence while improving their technical skills. Assist with introductory classes, private lessons, and community events when needed. Preferred Qualifications Solid boxing coaching experience. Strong technical fundamentals and pad-holding skills. Comfortable teaching complete beginners as well as experienced students. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Able to motivate students while maintaining discipline and safety. Positive attitude, reliable, and professional. Bonus Qualifications Experience teaching children (Age 5+). Experience working in small-group training environments.
