WestCoast Training Center in Livermore—one of the top acrobatic gymnastics gyms in the country—is looking for an experienced, mature individual to oversee and develop our Tiny Tumblers Preschool Program for children ages 3 to 5 years old. This is not just a teaching role—it's a chance to lead, shape, and grow a special part of our gym designed just for little ones. We're seeking someone who has a strong background working with young children (preschool, daycare, parenting, or early education), and who can bring calm leadership, creativity, and structure to our program. Gymnastics experience is not required—we'll train you. What matters most is your love of children, your ability to manage a classroom, and your interest in building something meaningful. You'll have the opportunity to shape and grow the program , with creative freedom and input as we expand preschool and Mommy & Me class offerings. Lead engaging, age-appropriate gymnastics classes for children ages 3-5, and potentially Mommy & Me classes for ages 18 months-2 years once established. Use creative movement, music, games, and play to foster physical, social, and emotional development. Help design and implement fun, structured lesson plans that support developmental milestones. Communicate clearly and warmly with parents and caregivers to support student success and build relationships. Collaborate with leadership to grow the program, suggest new class times, and help market your classes. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming preschool space that feels like your own. Qualifications:
Strong experience working with young children (preschool, childcare, parenting, or early childhood education). Calm, warm, and confident classroom presence. Reliable, organized, and committed to child safety and quality instruction. Open to learning basic gymnastics skills—we will train you! CPR, First Aid certified & USA Gymnastics certified (or willing to obtain upon hire). Schedule:

Mondays/Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays from 4:15 PM to 6:00 PM (start time at 4:00 PM - 2 classes). Saturday mornings from 9:15 AM to 11:00 AM (start time at 9:00 AM - 2 classes) Approx. 10-12 hours per week to start (10 hours class time plus 2 hours management , with the opportunity to expand as the program grows (including adding weekday morning or early afternoon classes) Compensation & Perks:
