Los Angeles, CA 90036 $24.13 - $29.06 an hour - Temporary, Part-time, Seasonal, Full-time $24.13 - $29.06 an hour - Temporary, Part-time, Seasonal, Full-time Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to inspire and guide athletes of all ages and skill levels. In this role, you will design engaging training programs, teach proper techniques, and foster a positive environment that encourages growth, confidence, and teamwork. Your passion for gymnastics and sports coaching will help participants achieve their personal best while ensuring safety and fun at every session. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a lasting impact on aspiring gymnasts and the broader community. Needs to be USA gymnastics certified - Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive gymnastics training plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels Teach fundamental skills such as tumbling, balance beam routines, vaulting, and floor exercises with clear instructions and demonstrations Monitor participants' progress, providing constructive feedback to improve technique and confidence Ensure all safety protocols are followed during training sessions, including proper use of equipment and behavior management Foster a motivating environment that encourages teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship Collaborate with parents, guardians, or school staff to communicate progress and address any concerns Maintain equipment safety checks, cleanliness of the training area, and adherence to health club or gym standards Skills Proven experience in sports coaching, gymnastics instruction or related physical education roles Background in teaching physical activities such as swimming, martial arts (Karate, Judo), cheerleading or climbing is highly desirable Lifeguard experience is a plus for understanding safety protocols in aquatic environments Strong knowledge of behavior management techniques to support children's development and engagement Ability to work effectively with students of diverse ages and skill levels while maintaining enthusiasm and professionalism Excellent communication skills to clearly demonstrate techniques and motivate participants Familiarity with health club or gym operations, including equipment safety standards Join us as a Gymnastics Coach to inspire movement, build confidence, and create memorable experiences for our community's aspiring athletes!

$24.13 - $29.06 per hour
