LA CITY UNITED
is a competitive soccer club, run by LA City Rec and Parks, dedicated to developing the skills and talents of young athletes. We pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence, sportsmanship, and fostering a love for the game. Our club comprises 8 teams across 4 different age groups (2011-2014) but will be expanding aggressively, and we are looking for passionate and experienced Soccer Head Coach (who oversees 3 teams).
Job Description:
We are seeking knowledgeable and enthusiastic Soccer Head Coaches to work with our players across various teams and age groups. The ideal candidate will have significant experience playing or coaching, with a deep understanding of the technical and tactical aspects around the game. While certifications are a plus, we value practical experience and a proven track record of developing quality players.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement specialized training programs for different age groups and skill levels.
  • Work closely with other coaches to integrate training into overall team practices .
  • Provide individual and group coaching sessions focusing on techniques, positioning, decision-making, and mental toughness.
