Position Overview We are seeking a passionate, reliable, and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as an IV Therapy & Blood Withdrawal (IVBW) Instructor . This role is ideal for an RN with strong IV and venipuncture skills who enjoys teaching and mentoring healthcare students in a supportive classroom environment. Responsibilities Teach 3 consecutive days of the 12-hour days of the IV Therapy & Blood Withdrawal course in compliance with the BVNPT requirements . Deliver engaging lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training. Administer quizzes and skills check-offs for certification. Maintain accurate student attendance, grading, and documentation. Ensure a safe, professional, and inclusive learning environment. Provide mentorship, feedback, and encouragement to students. Plug and Play Model The course has been

All curriculum, lectures, slide shows, videos, quizzes, skills check offs, etc. have been previously created by the principal instructor You will simply follow the outline and timing for ease, compliance and accuracy of instruction. Classroom Assistant for Each Class Our instructors are never alone in managing the class. An IVBW Classroom Assistant will be present to provide support, including: Assisting with student check-in and paperwork Set up and breakdown of every class Helping distribute and collect class materials and supplies Preparing training equipment and ensuring stations are set up correctly Supporting with student pairings for skills practice Monitoring time for breaks, quizzes, and skills check-offs Providing general logistical support so the instructor can focus on teaching Qualifications Masters Degree (MSN or healthcare related masters degree) Current California RN license in good standing. Minimum one year of clinical experience with IV therapy and venipuncture. Previous teaching or training experience Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage classroom activities and maintain compliance with BVNPT regulations. Ability to manage and supervise 15 students at a time Schedule & Pay Classes run in 3-day cohorts Instructor teaches 3 days back-to-back per cohort: 8:30am to 8:30pm Flexible scheduling opportunities (multiple cohorts per week).
