As a Recreational Gymnastics Coach, you will lead engaging and safe gymnastics classes for children ages 1.5-12, fostering a positive environment that encourages growth, hard work, and fun. Experience Prior experience coaching gymnastics or personal gymnastics experience is mandatory Experience working with children or students in a childcare or educational setting is mandatory Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging recreational gymnastics classes tailored to different age groups and skill levels Ensure the safety of all participants by adhering to proper spotting techniques, equipment checks, and behavior management strategies Demonstrate gymnastics skills and techniques clearly, providing constructive feedback to support skill development Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence-building Maintain a clean and organized gym space, ensuring all equipment is used safely and stored properly after each session Communicate effectively with parents or guardians about participant progress and class updates
