BOXING COACH - UFORCE FITNESS

UForce Fitness is looking for a high-energy Boxing Coach who can lead engaging, technically sound boxing workouts while creating an environment members want to come back to. We're looking for someone who knows how to coach—not just instruct—and who can bring intensity, personality, and professionalism to every class. What We're Looking For High-energy presence — confident, motivating, and engaging from the first bell to the last Strong boxing fundamentals — understands proper technique, movement, combinations, and conditioning Exceptional communicator — clear, confident, and able to command a room People-focused coach — builds genuine relationships and makes every member feel seen Adaptable and driven — can coach beginners and experienced athletes while keeping every class challenging Professional and reliable — takes ownership of the member experience and shows up prepared Your Responsibilities Lead high-energy boxing classes that are challenging, safe, and fun Teach and reinforce proper boxing technique, combinations, footwork, defense, and conditioning Provide individualized coaching, form correction, and modifications Create an engaging class environment that keeps members motivated and coming back Build strong member relationships and contribute to a positive, competitive team culture Represent UForce's standards of positivity, progress, and performance What You Bring Boxing coaching experience or a strong competitive boxing background Proven ability to lead and motivate groups Strong understanding of boxing technique and conditioning Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification A genuine passion for boxing, fitness, and helping people improve Nationally accredited fitness certification preferred What You'll Get At UForce, coaches are an integral part of the team.
