Job Description

Job Summary Golden Eagle Charter School is seeking a South County Cross Country Coach 5th-12th grades, for the upcoming season. This position serves student-athletes from South Siskiyou County. Practices are held twice weekly at Shastice Park in Mt. Shasta, with meets at various locations on the weekends. Coach will collaborate with the North County Cross Country coach to participate in the Golden Eagle meet schedule.
Compensation:
$160 per week stipend Covers up to two practices and potential weekend meets per week Stipend is paid at the conclusion of the season.
Qualifications:
Previous cross country coaching experience is preferred. Candidates with competitive cross country coaching experience and experience working with youth are encouraged to apply. Ability to foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive learning environment. Must successfully complete all required pre-employment clearances and coaching requirements before the start of the season.
