The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching youth sports, experience working with students, and a strong understanding of volleyball fundamentals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of young athletes while fostering a positive and engaging sports environment. Responsibilities Conduct volleyball practices and games for high school girls teams Develop training programs to improve individual skills and team strategies Teach proper techniques, rules, and sportsmanship to student-athletes Monitor player performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement Promote teamwork, discipline, and positive behavior among players Coordinate with school staff and parents regarding team activities and progress Ensure safety protocols are followed during all practices and competitions Foster a fun, inclusive, and motivating environment that encourages student participation Assist with event setup, equipment management, and game day logistics Driving kids to the games and practices Requirements Prior experience in sports coaching, particularly volleyball Experience working with students of various ages with diverse skill levels Excellent communication skills to effectively teach and motivate young athletes Ability to demonstrate leadership while maintaining a positive attitude Must be organized, responsible, and committed to fostering a safe and supportive sports environment
Pay:
$35.00 per hour
