The ideal candidate will report directly to our Head Freshman Coach and has: 1. Previous playing and/or coaching experience at the High School or Collegiate level 2. The ability to teach basic fundamental football skills and strategies to enhance player performance 3. The ability to create an atmosphere that focuses on hard work and accountability 4. Retain and prepare their players for the Varsity level •Opportunities for summer stipend pay in addition to the in-season stipend amount available
