As one of Orange County's leading junior tennis programs , Grip n Rip has proudly operated at Newport Beach Tennis Club since 2006 , helping young athletes build strong fundamentals, develop competitive skills, and foster a lifelong love for the game. This is an excellent opportunity for a coach who enjoys working with junior players in a positive, team-oriented environment. In addition to coaching group programs, the position offers opportunities to teach private lessons and coach weekend events and tournaments. We're looking for a coach who: Has tennis coaching experience Enjoys working with junior players of all ages and abilities Is energetic, positive, and dependable Is passionate about developing young athletes in a fun, professional environment Responsibilities Coach junior group tennis lessons for players of various ages and skill levels. Teach tennis fundamentals, technique, movement, and match play. Create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment. Provide constructive feedback to support player development. Assist with court setup, equipment organization, and daily operations. Support academy events, tournaments, and weekend programs as needed. Represent Grip n Rip Junior Tennis with professionalism on and off the court. Position Details Part-time position Monday-Thursday afternoons Group programs: 3:30 PM - 7:00 PM Private lesson opportunities Additional coaching opportunities on weekends
