The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching, sports education and working with high school student athletes. This role involves instructing young athletes in Softball skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive safe environment for all participants. Prior experience in sports coaching , teaching physical education or related activities is highly valued. The coach will play a vital role in developing athletic skills and character in our student athletes while ensuring engaging and safe practices.
Duties:
Plan and lead softball training sessions and games tailored to high school athletes. Teach Fundamental basketball techniques, rules, and strategies. Foster Teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior among players. Manage behavior and address conflicts effectively to maintain a respectful environment. Collaborate with staff, parents and other coaches to support player development. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities, including behavior management and injury prevention.Requirements / Qualifications

- Concussion and Heat Certification Documents
- CPR/First Aid Certification
