These classes are designed for ages 3-5, with parents present to support a fun, safe, and confidence‑building environment. What You'll Do Lead engaging, age‑appropriate golf activities that focus on movement, coordination, and simple fundamentals Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for both kids and parents Demonstrate skills clearly and safely using modified equipment Keep classes structured, upbeat, and developmentally appropriate Communicate with parents before/after class as needed Ensure a safe learning environment at all times Requirements Experience working with young children (preschool, camps, sports, childcare, etc.) Must have reliable transportation Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic personality Ability to manage a small group with parents present Basic golf knowledge (we'll train you on curriculum) Reliable, punctual, and comfortable leading groups ECE certification is a plus Benefits Flexible Schedule Part Time Hours Summer Camp work availability Programs run with school calendars New Employee Referral Fee
