$50+ per instructional hour (flexible based on experience) About Concorde Education Concorde Education partners with schools across the country to provide engaging, high-quality after-school programs that inspire students to explore new interests and build real-world skills. About the Role We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Esports Coach to lead an in-person after-school esports program for middle and/or high school students. This role focuses on creating a fun, structured environment where students can build teamwork, improve gameplay, and develop confidence through gaming. Example Game Titles Programs may include (but are not limited to): Rocket League, Super Smash Bros., Fortnite, Minecraft, Valorant, Apex Legends, and more Responsibilities Lead and supervise in-person esports sessions Teach basic to intermediate gameplay strategy and teamwork Organize simple practices, scrimmages, or friendly competitions Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging environment for students Manage equipment and ensure students stay on task Communicate with program coordinators as needed Qualifications Experience working with kids or teens (teaching, coaching, tutoring, camps, etc.) Familiarity with popular video games or esports titles Ability to manage a group and keep students engaged Reliable, organized, and professional Strong communication skills Who This Role Is Great For College students and recent grads Gamers and esports enthusiasts Coaches, tutors, and camp counselors Teachers or school staff Anyone who enjoys working with kids and gaming
