This role is ideal for coaches who have experience working with developing athletes and are comfortable teaching mechanics, game awareness, and situational baseball. What You'll Do Lead skill-specific drills and structured instruction Teach game situations and baseball IQ concepts Manage a group of older campers in a focused setting Deliver clear and consistent coaching instruction Help create a professional and positive camp environment Preferred Experience Baseball coaching experience (high school or above preferred) Experience working with competitive youth players Strong leadership presence and communication skills Schedule Orinda session: July 20-24 Compensation $25/hour
