School Occupational Therapist | Orinda, California Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 Orinda, CA Job Details Part-time | Contract $38 - $70 an hour Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Vision insurance Qualifications Master's degree Occupational Therapy License Full Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide specialized occupational therapy services to support students in grades TK through 5 during the 2026-2027 school year in Orinda, CA. This part-time, onsite position offers the opportunity to work approximately 20 hours per week with a caseload of 22 students, focusing on enhancing their functional abilities and academic participation.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver standard occupational therapy interventions tailored to individual student needs. Assess, develop, and implement treatment plans for a caseload of TK-5 students. Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress. Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory and district standards. Participate in team meetings to contribute professional insights and strategies for student success.Qualifications:
Valid California Occupational Therapist license is required. Experience providing occupational therapy services in a school setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and families. Ability to manage a caseload independently while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
