The focus will be on building strong swimming skills, improving technique, water safety, and confidence in the pool.

Responsibilities:

Provide swimming instruction 2-3 hours per session, with flexible scheduling on weekdays and weekends Develop personalized swim training plans based on skill level and progress Teach proper swimming techniques, breathing, endurance, and water safety Track progress and adjust training methods as needed Create a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment

Qualifications:

Strong experience in swim coaching or private swim instruction Knowledge of youth swimming development and water safety CPR / lifeguard certification preferred Excellent communication skills with children and teens Reliable, punctual, and committed to student progress
