Job Description

Bayshore Elite Gymnastics is seeking a dedicated and experienced DP Team Coach to join our growing program. This role will primarily support athletes competing in Levels 3 to 6 and play an important role in helping athletes develop confidence, skills, and long-term success. About the Role We are looking for a coach who is passionate about athlete development, values strong relationships, and is motivated to guide gymnasts toward their individual goals. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with a supportive coaching team focused on creating a positive and high-performing environment for athletes and staff alike. Responsibilities Coach and develop athletes competing in Levels 3 to 5 Foster a positive, structured, and goal-oriented training environment Support athlete progression in skill development, confidence, and competition readiness Communicate effectively with athletes, families, and staff Contribute to team culture and overall program growth Support a safe and encouraging environment that promotes long-term athlete success Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience, specifically with Levels 2/ 3 or higher Strong communication and interpersonal skills Athlete-first mindset with a caring and supportive coaching style Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented Passion for helping athletes grow both in and out of the gym Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate: $30 to $35 per hour, based on experience Full-time positions include benefits Opportunities for professional growth and advancement within a developing program Why Bayshore Elite Gymnastics? $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
