Job Summary Join our vibrant aquatic team as a Swim Instructor, where you will play a vital role in promoting water safety, teaching swimming skills, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all participants. Whether instructing children or adults, your energy and expertise will inspire confidence and foster a love for aquatic activities. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in swim coaching, childcare, and customer service while making a positive impact on our community. Thorough training on our exclusive aquatics program is provided. This is a great opportunity for a college student as the hours are weekday evenings and weekends. Responsibilities Conduct swimming lessons for individuals of various ages and skill levels, utilizing teaching methods that promote confidence and skill development. Provide excellent customer service by assisting our families and students with questions, explaining a students progress or safety concerns. Monitor pool areas continuously to ensure the safety of all swimmers, enforcing rules and responding swiftly to emergencies. Skills Experience working with children or students in educational or childcare settings. Ability to engage participants of all ages through motivating instruction and positive reinforcement. Excellent communication skills to clearly convey safety procedures and instructional techniques. Join us to inspire confidence in swimmers of all ages while ensuring their safety!
