Part-Time with the potential to go Full-Time (based on availability and fit)
Location:
Taylor Made Fitness Now Hiring We are looking to bring on a coach that will help expand the availability of our current offerings and grow. This role is coaching focused, but offers the opportunity to be a part of assisting in building something worthwhile. You'll get exposure to the day-to-day operations of the business, contribute to the client experience, and grow alongside a team that cares about doing things well. Job Description Coaching semi-private sessions with middle and high school athletes by carrying out pre-designed training programs Coaching large group adult sessions Creating a high-quality, personalized client experience Session types will be based on business needs Supporting day-to-day operations and admin needs Contributing to marketing and content creation Upholding core values and TMF culture Ideal Candidate Someone who likes to see others succeed Cares about coaching and improving their skillset Open to learning and taking on more responsibility over time Excited about being a part of a growing team Detail-oriented/Focused Encouraging/Uplifting Availability Minimum ~25 hrs/week, with opportunity to build into 40 Evenings and weekends required Shifts fall between 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
