  • 20 hours per week 7AM
  • 1PM Mondays & Thursdays required, but other hours flexible outside of that!
About the role:
We are looking to bring on a new part-time personal trainer and semi-private group instructor and are currently looking to fill about 15 hours of coachin. Our studio is growing! Required hours are Mondays from 7AM
  • 1PM with more hours available but this is our immediate need. Most coaches work 15
  • 25 hours per week, but we are flexible and can accommodate any amount of hours you need You do no sales/marketing
  • we provide clients, training, and no uniforms required!
We do a paid two-week shadowing/training period where you will be compensated a $500 sign-on bonus once completed About Iron +
Mettle:
We are a strength training studio made for women. We follow a progressive strength training program that focuses on powerlifting and offer semi-private personal training (capped at 5 attendees) every day of the week. We do not do side-by-side photos, weigh and measure our clients, or promote fad diets and programs. If you believe weight loss is the most important part of anyone's fitness journey

We believe our clients deserve more, and teach them how to lift weights in order to feel empowered, more resilient, and pain-free.
Qualifications:
Must be certified as a personal trainer and ideally have experience training in-person clients for at least 6 months. You must be well-versed in coaching barbell lifts like the squat, bench press, and deadlift and feel comfortable with your cuing and coaching. Most of our clients are new to strength training so having an affinity and love for introducing the barbell to beginners is important
