CSA Cheer & Tumbling is looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and hardworking coach to join our growing coaching staff! We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working with young athletes and helping them build confidence, strength, and skills in a fun and supportive environment. Whether you have a background in cheerleading, gymnastics, tumbling, or youth sports coaching, we'd love to hear from you! About the Role As a Tumbling & Cheer Coach, you will mentor, motivate, and inspire athletes of all ages and skill levels. You'll work alongside an experienced coaching team to teach proper technique, encourage athlete development, and create a positive training environment where athletes can thrive. Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Coaching tumbling classes for athletes of various ages and skill levels Teaching Cheer Readiness classes, including motions, jumps, basic stunts, and cheer fundamentals Assisting with competitive cheer teams and recreational performance teams Providing a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment Teaching proper technique and progression-based skill development Communicating professionally with athletes, parents, and fellow coaches Supporting gym events, evaluations, and team activities as needed Qualifications Previous coaching experience in cheerleading, gymnastics, tumbling, or youth sports preferred Cheerleading, gymnastics, tumbling, or acrobatics background preferred Strong communication and leadership skills Positive attitude and passion for working with children and athletes Ability to motivate and connect with athletes of all ages Spotting experience or spotting certification is a plus Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Schedule Monday-Thursday:
3:30 PM - 8:00 PM Additional Friday hours available Opportunities for growth and additional coaching hours may be available Why Join CSA?
