Do you love working with children and helping them build confidence, strength, and life skills? Central Coast Gymnastics is looking for energetic, positive, and dependable coaches to join our Preschool and Recreational Programs. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working with children and creating a fun, encouraging environment where every child feels successful. Gymnastics experience is helpful but not required. We provide training for the right people who are enthusiastic, coachable, and excited to make a difference in children's lives. What You'll Do Lead engaging gymnastics classes for preschool and school-age children Create a positive and encouraging learning environment Teach basic gymnastics skills through fun and structured activities Help children develop confidence, coordination, strength, and perseverance Maintain a safe and organized class environment Communicate professionally with parents and team members Track student progress and celebrate achievements Arrive prepared and ready to create an amazing experience for every child We're Looking For Someone Who Loves working with children Brings positive energy and enthusiasm to every class Is dependable and punctual Enjoys teaching and leading groups Communicates well with both children and adults Is willing to learn and grow through coaching and training Works well as part of a team Creates an environment where children feel supported, challenged, and successful Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children in any setting Preschool Childcare Education Summer camps Youth sports Gymnastics Dance Cheerleading CPR/First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain) Why Central Coast Gymnastics?
