The ideal candidate will have a background in working with young children, swim experience, or related fields and possess strong communication expertise to teach students of all ages and swim skill levels. ## Duties

• Conduct swim lessons for individuals or groups following established curriculum
• Ensure the safety of all participants in the pool area
• Provide feedback and guidance to help students improve their swimming techniques
• Develop lesson plans tailored to the needs and abilities of each student
• Maintain a clean and organized pool environment ## Experience
• Previous experience working with students in a teaching or coaching capacity
• CPR/AED and /or Lifeguard certification is a plus
• Familiarity with health clubs, gyms, or related facilities
• Pay rate is determined by experience and years of instruction
• Knowledge of basic swim strokes and water safety
