GYMGUYZ San Francisco & Marin is building our founding team, and we're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Strength Coach who loves helping people build confidence through movement. Unlike traditional gyms, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes, apartment gyms, and private fitness facilities. Our clients aren't looking for bootcamp instructors—they're looking for a coach they trust, someone who can motivate them, build lasting relationships, and help them achieve sustainable results. Who You'll Work With Our clients include: Young professionals Busy parents Apartment residents Women building strength and confidence Weight-loss clients Professionals looking for accountability What You'll Do Deliver personalized in-home personal training sessions Design safe, effective strength and functional fitness programs Build long-term client relationships Track progress and celebrate wins Represent the GYMGUYZ brand with professionalism and positivity We're Looking For Someone Who Loves coaching people more than counting reps Creates a welcoming, encouraging environment Communicates with confidence and empathy Is reliable, organized, and coachable Enjoys helping beginners feel comfortable with strength training Wants to be part of building something from the ground up Qualifications Required Nationally accredited Personal Training certification CPR/AED certification Reliable transportation Excellent communication skills Preferred Strength training or functional fitness experience Former athlete or strength coaching background Experience coaching beginners and women Group fitness experience is a plus Why GYMGUYZ?
