• 85 per hour Overview Marin City Sausalito FC (MCSFC) is seeking passionate and dedicated youth soccer coaches to join our growing competitive program.

We are a community-rooted club focused on player development, strong team culture, and creating meaningful opportunities for youth through soccer. The ideal candidate will have a solid coaching background and a commitment to developing young athletes both on and off the field. Coaches will lead training sessions, support player growth, and foster discipline, confidence, and sportsmanship in a positive, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate training sessions Coach weekend matches and manage player performance Foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship Provide end-of-season evaluations and communicate regularly with families Qualifications Experience coaching youth players (ages 8-16) Strong knowledge of soccer fundamentals and coaching strategies Effective communication skills with players and families Availability for 2-3 weekday afternoons and weekends Coaching license preferred Must pass a background check and complete SafeSport certification Why Join MCSFC?
