Role:

As a Soccer Shots Coach , you will: ✅ Bring \"Soccer Island\" to life with enthusiasm and creativity. ✅ Independently lead fun and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2-8, including field setup and takedown. ✅ Utilize our expert-designed curriculum and early childhood development techniques. ✅ Maintain a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all participants. ✅ Follow all on-site safety and attendance protocols. ✅ Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and teachers. ✅ Work independently 90% of the time , confidently managing your own sessions.

What We Look For:

✔ Experience with young children (ages 2-8) is highly preferred. ✔ Reliable transportation. You will drive to a location every day. ✔ No prior coaching experience is required—we provide full training! ✔ Passion for children, sports, and making a difference. ✔ Energetic, engaging, and responsible personality. ✔ Ability to adapt to the needs of young players. ✔ Safety-conscious mindset. ✔ Ability to stand, jog, and demonstrate soccer skills. ✔ Willingness to obtain state-required clearances.
