Description:

CCCS is seeking a qualified and motivated coach to lead our High School Men's Junior Varsity Volleyball. The coaching position is offered as an Independent Contractor role for the upcoming season - running from August 10, 2026 to November 7, 2026. The position offers a competitive stipend and the flexibility to help shape and grow a successful volleyball team within an expanding athletic department. CCCS is committed to providing student-athletes with high quality coaching across all sports. The ideal coach will have a solid background in volleyball, demonstrating a deep understanding of the game's technical aspects as well as a strong emphasis on teaching core fundamentals. The coach should be able to effectively develop players' skills, foster a positive team environment, and communicate strategies that enhance individual and team performance. Additionally, the coach will bring a collaborative leadership style and a broad understanding of and competitive techniques. The ability to adapt to the team's needs and emphasize athletes strengths while supporting individual development is essential for success as a coach.

TB Test Stipend:

The High School Men's Junior Varsity Volleyball Coach will receive a stipend of $1,875. CCCS coaches are independent contractors receiving a competitive stipend for the season which they coach with possible opportunity for contract extension. Independent contractors are solely responsible for fulfilling their tax obligations.
