is seeking a passionate and reliable Soccer Coach to join our coaching staff. This role involves leading age-appropriate training sessions, supporting match-day preparation, and contributing positively to a collaborative coaching environment. Responsibilities Plan and lead organized, engaging training sessions Teach technical, tactical, and positional concepts appropriate to age and level Foster a positive, disciplined, and growth-focused team culture Communicate effectively with players, families, and club staff Support player evaluations, preseason training, and tryouts Attend scheduled trainings, games, and club meetings as required Collaborate with fellow coaches to maintain consistent standards across teams Qualifications Prior experience coaching youth or competitive soccer (club experience preferred) Strong understanding of player development principles Ability to manage groups and maintain a professional training environment Reliable, punctual, and well-organized Positive attitude and strong communication skills Coaching licenses preferred (USSF, USC, or equivalent) Schedule Afternoon and early evening trainings Typically 2-3 days per week Weekend games as scheduled Compensation Competitive pay based on experience and qualifications Opportunities for additional sessions and advancement within the club Why Coach With
