The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with the ability to inspire and motivate students of all ages. This role involves teaching essential skills, and fostering a positive environment for physical education and sportsmanship. Responsibilities Provide instruction and support to students in developing their athletic skills and understanding of game strategies. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance performance. Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a positive learning environment. Ensure safety protocols are followed during all activities. Foster teamwork, discipline, and respect among students while promoting a love for physical fitness. Experience Proven experience in sports coaching is essential. Familiarity with behavior management techniques to effectively guide students' development. Experience working with students in various settings is preferred. Knowledge of multiple sports disciplines such as basketball, dodgeball, capture the flag, kickball, flag football, and soccer.
