Soccer Coach - Grand Opening Team (KidsUnited Arvada)

Job Type:
Part-time, up to 35 hours per week
KIDSUNITED
is a soccer center for early development. Our unique training method is intended to develop the physical, personal, intellectual abilities and social skills of children from 1.5 to 9 years old.
KIDSUNITED
not only teaches children how to play soccer; it also acts as an early development system, using soccer as the main educational and delivery tool. As a KidsUnited coach, you will have an opportunity to make a positive impact on children during the most important stage of their development years. Not only will you help children develop, but through our ongoing training, you can reach your full coaching potential. About This Opening We are hiring our founding team of coaches for the grand opening of our brand-new KidsUnited club in Arvada! This is a unique opportunity to join a growing children's soccer program from day one and help shape the culture of our club.
Grand Opening Event:
September 25th, 2026, at our Arvada club
Mandatory Training:
All coaches hired for the grand opening team must attend 3 full days of in-person training at our facility, September 22-24, 2026 . Attendance and participation on all three days is required to be hired — coaches who miss any part of training will not be eligible for a position.
Launch Period Shifts:
From September 25 through October 4, 2026 , coaches will work scheduled shifts on weekends (8 AM to 2 PM) and weekday afternoons and evenings (3pm to 8 PM) , supporting our opening classes and grand opening festivities.
Head Coach Opportunity:
During this hiring and launch period, we will select one Head Coach from among our new hires. This role comes with a higher hourly wage, additional leadership training, and the chance to play a key part as we grow to 3 locations across the Denver metro area — a significant career growth opportunity for the right candidate. Responsibilities and Duties Coach engaging classes for children ages 1.5-9 years old Follow the KidsUnited structure and curriculum Assist in the ongoing design of the

training program Support children's growth by developing their body mastery, soccer coordination, and life skills through our curriculum Build positive relationships with both parents and children, creating a welcoming and encouraging environment Communicate with parents about their child's progress through daily parent feedback Keep accurate records of progress reviews Ensure that health and safety precautions are observed during all activities Attend ongoing trainings and team meetings to continue professional development and uphold program standards Qualifications and Skills At least 6 months of coaching youth soccer, or 1 year of experience working with children combined with a background in playing soccer Solid verbal and written communication skills required Ability to work and function within a
KIDSUNITED TEAM
environment Flexible to work day, evening, and weekend hours as needed — including the required September 22-24 training and September 25-October 4 launch shifts described above This is a part-time position, up to 35 hours per week, with a schedule built around class times and shifts described above Excellent time management and organization skills Experience working with children required Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly preferred to support our families and community
Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
