Job Description

Roaring Fork High School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Girls Volleyball Coach to join our athletic program. The successful candidate will be committed to providing a positive, competitive, and supportive experience for student-athletes while promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and personal growth. Responsibilities include planning and leading practices, teaching volleyball fundamentals and strategies, preparing athletes for competition, supervising student-athletes during practices and games, and communicating effectively with athletes, parents, school staff, and the athletic department. The coach will be expected to model professionalism, encourage academic success, and follow all school district and CHSAA policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have previous volleyball coaching and/or playing experience and a strong understanding of the game. We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, energetic, and able to build positive relationships with high school students. The coach should be committed to developing athletes of all skill levels and creating a strong team culture.
